1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and remain in its original packaging.

• All cellophane wrap, seals, and perfume boxes must be completely intact.

• The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, unsealed, sprayed, or used in any way.
This ensures that all our customers receive 100% authentic and uncontaminated perfumes.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened:

• Perfumes or cosmetics that have been unsealed or tested.

• Items missing their original cap, box, or plastic seal.

• Products purchased as part of promotions, bundles, or discounted clearance offers, unless defective.

3. How to Request a Return

If your order qualifies for a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your package at:

• Full name and order number

• Product name and reason for return

• Photographs (if applicable) showing the product’s condition

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or the wrong item was delivered.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send an email to info@alluringsprays.com including:

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

• The packaging and shipping label

After verification, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund for the original purchase and place a new order through our website.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
